Level 2.5 4 Years MSP Onboarding / Offboarding Project Engineer_TEST

Synopsis: Pat is a seasoned System Administrator (L2) with extensive experience in the MSP industry, having worked with four MSPs since 2013. He has been with his current MSP, IT Radix, since March 2021. Pat is based in West Orange, NJ, and his current work setup involves two days onsite at a VIP client, one day in the office, and two remote days/ other client sites.

At IT Radix, he manages a range of responsibilities, from onboarding and offboarding employees to imaging laptops, managing M365 (mailboxes, groups, SharePoint, Intune/MDM, MFA, and conditional access policies), and handling physical and virtual server deployments. He has significant experience working with Windows Servers (2008-2022) and configuring both Hyper-V virtual servers and network infrastructure, including SonicWALL and Meraki firewalls. He regularly performs network assessments and has strong hands-on skills with routers, access points, and VPN configurations.
