Synopsis: Hristo is an experienced IT Operations Manager and Systems Engineer who has been with the same MSP, Novusys, since 2011, rising through the ranks from Help Desk to overseeing the company’s technical operations. He managed a diverse client base, including medical, dental, legal, and manufacturing organizations, while serving as a consultative vCIO for technical and relationship management. Hristo specialized in IT road mapping, lifecycle management, and pitching projects, handling network assessments, penetration testing, and presenting tailored solutions.
Hristo’s technical expertise includes Microsoft Server 2008–2019, VMware (vSphere installations, Veeam backup implementation, server builds), and Hyper-V (server builds and virtual desktops). He has performed 15 P2V migrations, including on-premise to VMware and hybrid Azure setups.
