Over the last 10+ years I have taken my personal love of computing and computer knowledge into the professional realm. I have expanded my knowledge from basic end user device knowledge and basic networking to administration, management and design of Cloud and On-premise environments supporting anywhere from 10 – 600 end users. Dedicated to learning new and innovative ways to slim down my clients’ organizations and billings while maintaining easy to understand and use environments. I’ve gained experience in almost every realm of IT from end user experience and devices to security to completely cloud based virtual networks. I’m multi-tasking, dedicated, knowledgeable of many areas who like to develop relationships with end users and help them understand as much of their environment as is beneficial for their day-to-day use. I enjoy educating end users to the areas. My passion over the last 2 years has been in developing my understanding and mastery of the Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra environment and crafting solutions that work for the projects I have been given to work on.
