IT Administrator
- Provide networking & systems solutions via infrastructure & support for SOHO companies, medium-sized companies, & schools. I work with developers to implement custom-hosted applications, & I have a background in programming. Manage company backups, domains, emails/accounts, IIS websites, & database applications daily.

- spam filtering. I have reduced thousands of spam emails, including fake invoices, to be blocked using custom filtering & created documentation of protocols for users to retrieve & review false positives.
