Team Lead Senior System Administrator / Pre-Sales
- MSP that offers enterprise-level IT services and Solutions to the SMB market in Houston, TX since 2002.
- In my role as technical team lead, I am accountable for managing technical staff, ensuring that our SLA targets are met, providing direction as needed, documenting processes, resolving escalation issues with customers, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. I also monitor and evaluate staff progress within their roles and assist with individual growth.
- Coordination of project approval, resource allocation, planning, and execution. Implementation and maintenance of MSP systems and tools. Ensure sure best practices are followed, automate tasks when possible, put efficient workflows in place, and inform customers of industry trends like new technology/systems to better their internal workflows & processes, education on the always evolving threat landscape, and efficient use of IT budget.
- Perform outside sales duties, answer prospect calls and email, schedule meetings, lead/assist meetings, determine the current IT shortcomings and clearly explain the operational, security, and efficiency problems they are now experiencing and sell depending on the customer’s value proposition.
