Systems Engineer

Spearheaded the development of a SOC offering for our clients. Tools implemented: Wazuh, Velociraptor, MISP, CORTEX, and Shuffle. Also included was an instance of The Hive for ticketing.
Developed and optimized PowerShell scripts to automate tasks for Azure and on-premises environments as well as scripts that technicians can use in Ninja One RMM.
Developed an application written in PowerShell that allowed us to replace print servers and Printix, cutting down on tickets and cost.
Assisted with migrating RMM’s from Automate to Ninja One. Implemented new policies and processes.
Assisted with cost saving measures which include culling licenses, reducing device count for backups, creating MDM reports for inactive devices.
