I have a passion for technology and fast-paced solution building. My experiences in tech range from retail-based environments requiring efficient communication of simple and complex issues to hundreds of people per day all the way to setting up and troubleshooting foundational software/hardware issues along with assuring network support available 24 hours a day to support in-office employees and remote employees. MSP in Maryland (2023-Present)
Network Support Engineer

  • Tier II network and server support for Windows and Mac environment using MDM for software installations and remote management software ScreenConnect/RMM
  • Supporting network security and device integrity via firewall management, Azure AD/Entra and Cybersecurity detection software
  • Providing users with troubleshooting for software/hardware and completing onboarding/offboarding protocols following strict security permissions/requirements
