- Design, program, deploy, and maintain entire network infrastructure environments for MSP clients at scales ranging from small-office SMBs to luxury hotels with thousands of connected hosts. Experienced with all major network hardware manufacturers, with extensive expertise in Fortinet, Sophos, UniFi, and Meraki
- Design, program, deploy, and maintain physical and cloud server infrastructure environments for the same MSP clients, ensuring immediate redundancy as well as appropriate BCDR measures. Primary hypervisor experience in VMWare and Hyper-V, with cloud experience in both Azure and AWS

- IT “firefighting” for disaster scenarios, including data loss, hardware loss, and connectivity loss, restoring services as quickly as possible for clients during critical incidents
- Highest-tier escalation point for junior technicians; training them both on individual tickets as they’re worked and also with “lunch and learn” sessions about IT fundamentals
