We are hiring multiple Account Managers right now as we continue expanding the brand and client base at a national level.
Account Manager (AM) Role Overview:
- Account Managers do not cold call, we have a sales team for that.
- Account Managers are given the clients; they manage a book of business + fill jobs.
- Account Managers take job orders from existing clients, tag team the job requirements with the recruitment team, speak with recruited candidates about job openings and submit resumes to drive placements.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working for a recruiting/staffing firm
- 1+ years of experience in account management/ client management
- A good human being who works hard and enjoys collaboration and can be trusted to work remotely
Compensation
- Base + Commission structure with guaranteed pay increases outlined in your offer letter.
- First year earnings are around $90K – $100K
- Second year earnings are around $100K – $130K
- Third year earnings and beyond are around $130K – $180K
