Job Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
- Account Management:
- 100% of your time is spent engaging with EXISTING clients, providing Account Management (0% of your time is spent in sales, we have a separate team for sales).
- Account Management means taking Job Order requirements, explaining the job requirements to your Recruiting Team, clearing candidates on the positions, sending resumes to the client and driving placements to close by negotiating offers.
- The Account Manager manages the Client relationship and our point of contact is typically the CEO of a small IT Cloud company.

Location: Arlington, VA (Rosslyn)
Compensation: $60,000 base salary + commissions. First year to third year ranges $75K – $135K+ We also provide FREE health care + 401(K) w/match + unlimited PTO (vacation) + 2 hour lunch break every day.

- We take a 2-hour lunch break every day between 11:30AM – 1:30PM. Business hours are 8AM – 5PM.
