What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle for new business – prospecting, discovery, presenting, and closing
  • Drive new client acquisition across verticals through outbound activity and networking
  • Represent our full suite of services: managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, help desk, and more
  • Work closely with the leadership team to execute and refine sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in ConnectWise
  • Transition closed accounts to our Account Management team for onboarding and ongoing support

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of successful MSP sales experience (required)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding new business quotas
  • Deep understanding of the MSP model and recurring revenue-based sales
  • Experience with ConnectWise or similar CRM/ticketing systems
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in-office 4+ days a week (collaboration matters here)
  • Motivated, proactive, and ready to close
