What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle for new business – prospecting, discovery, presenting, and closing
- Drive new client acquisition across verticals through outbound activity and networking
- Represent our full suite of services: managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, help desk, and more
- Work closely with the leadership team to execute and refine sales strategy
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in ConnectWise
- Transition closed accounts to our Account Management team for onboarding and ongoing support
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of successful MSP sales experience (required)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding new business quotas
- Deep understanding of the MSP model and recurring revenue-based sales
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar CRM/ticketing systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in-office 4+ days a week (collaboration matters here)
- Motivated, proactive, and ready to close
