We’re on the hunt for an experienced Centralized Services Engineer (MSP/Kaseya). This isn’t a reactive helpdesk role. You’ll be proactively managing IT environments, driving efficiency, and improving security across multiple clients. Your work will keep businesses running smoothly and prevent issues before they even happen.

Centralized Services Engineer (MSP/Kaseya) Responsibilities:

  • 80% Centralized Services | 20% Ticket Overflow
  • Administer & monitor client systems proactively using Kaseya
  • Identify recurring issues & develop automation or standardization solutions
  • Manage security standards (phishing protection, patching, compliance)
  • Optimize backups & hardware provisioning via Datto
  • Standardize onboarding processes for new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiency & reduce reactive support

Centralized Services Engineer (MSP/Kaseya) Must Have:

  • Kaseya experience – This is essential for the role
  • Microsoft 365 knowledge (Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work independently
