Bowman Williams is a niche and unique permanent placement IT Staffing Firm. We go against the status quo with our specialized business model and are leading the industry for the clients we service.

We are divided into 3 separate teams (Recruitment, Sales, and Client Service Manager’s also known as “Account Managers”. Our recruiting team identifies new talent, our sales team brings in new clients and our Client Service Manager’s manage existing client and candidate relationships ultimately driving placements to close. This allows each team to master their role and work collaboratively to maximize efficiency and earning potential!

Client Service Manager “Staffing the Cloud”  Description:

  • Client Service Manager’s form relationships with existing clients, they do not cold call or identify new clients we have a sales team for that
  • Client Service Manager’s take job order’s from existing clients, share the job requirements with the recruitment team, speak with recruited candidates about job openings and drive placements to close by negotiating offers.
  • Client Service Manager’s  have the luxury of prioritizing their own accounts, client relationships and job orders – no micro managing and innovation/ creativity is encouraged!

Technical Recruiting Manager  Requirements: 

  • 1+ years of experience working for a recruiting firm/ staffing agency required
  • 1+ years of experience in account management/ client management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and ability to communicate with C-level executives
  • Strong Interpersonal skills

Technical Recruiting Manager Benefits:

  • We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: First year earnings are around $75K – $135K and second year earnings is around $125K – $150K.   Third year and beyond is about $150K – $200K.
  • We are in the process of building out a new office space (in Arlington) that is four times the size of our current office.
  • We pay 100% of health benefits + dental
