Client Success Manager (IT Consulting Firm) Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing client interaction from on-boarding to ongoing support.
- Responsible for measuring, tracking and improving support interactions between BBB and our clients.
- Increasing adoption, retention and client satisfaction.
- Responsible for scheduling and managing Client business reviews.
- Understanding client’s business goals and helping them utilize technology solutions to achieve those goals.
- Establishing client trust as their trusted technology advisor.
- Setting key performance indicators and tracking results against these established indicators.
- Delivering monthly reporting against pre-established technology indicators.
- Daily reviews of tickets, on-going services and alerts.
- Identifying project work and up-sell opportunities.
- Serve as an escalation point for issues that impact the client’s productivity
Client Success Manager (IT Consulting Firm) Requirements:
- Prior experience in providing client support or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- 3+ years of relevant customer success experience in the IT field.
- 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
- Familiarity working with clients of varying sizes.
- Experience with Hubspot and ticketing systems
