We are seeking two Cloud Desktop Support Engineers.

The Cloud Desktop Support Engineer will be part of a team that works remotely to provide both helpdesk and system administration.

The Cloud Desktop Support Engineer will be joining a Could, Hosting, VoIP, Managed Service Provider that is ranked one of the fastest growing Cloud companies in the world in 2009.  

Cloud Desktop Support Engineer Requirements:

  • Strong with Windows desktop 
  • Supporting users remotely, working with a ticketing and monitoring 
  • Testing and evaluating desktop and network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements
  • Supporting and administration of tier I/II desktop support
