We are seeking Cloud Services Systems Administrators for the Cloud Enablement Team located in Reston, VA.
The Cloud Services Administrator will be part of a Collaborative Computing Solutions and Cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications for Small to Mid-Sized Business. Compensation: Salary ranges from $65,000 – $85,000
Cloud Services Systems Administrator Requirements:
- Experience administering Office 365
- Experience with installing and administering Exchange servers in a Microsoft Active Directory-based environment
- Experience with VMware, Citrix XenApp and Cisco is a plus
- Knowledge of RMM tools such as Kaseya, LabTech, Zenith is a plus
- Experience working in Microsoft Azure or AWS is a PLUS
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to provide leadership in assigned areas
- Experience with network fundamentals including TCP/IP networking
Cloud Servides Systems Administrator Responsibilities:
- Assisting our customers with issues and questions via technical support and engineering of solutions with the above technologies
- Assisting Senior team members on IT projects
- Learning new technologies
- Achieving technical certifications
