A fast-growing Managed Services Provider that is a partner with Microsoft and Google Cloud. We are looking for a MSP experienced Cloud Systems Administrator to support our expanding client base. This is a full-time position based in the Dallas area, requiring occasional client site visits within a 30-mile radius. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment, with strong technical skills across cloud, systems, and infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll serve as a senior escalation point, mentor junior technicians, and take ownership of managing hybrid environments for small to mid-sized clients. You’ll work across Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Intune, while leading projects that focus on security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical contact for a group of clients, building strong relationships through consistent support
  • Mentor and guide Level 1 technicians to elevate team performance
  • Resolve a wide range of technical issues across networks, servers, endpoints, phones, and cloud platforms
  • Optimize and monitor Azure environments with a focus on security, compliance, and cost control
  • Deploy and manage endpoints using Intune, including patching and security configurations
  • Lead or contribute to IT projects focused on cloud migrations, security enhancements, and collaboration tools
  • Handle Level 1–3 support issues across Microsoft platforms and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an MSP environment, supporting diverse IT infrastructures
  • Proficiency with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage projects and resolve issues independently
  • Familiarity with security compliance standards and cost optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $100,000 to $110,000
