We are seeking an MSP experienced Cloud Systems Engineer – (MSP) to join our dynamic team. This position includes project work, being the highest escalation point for low volume but high complexity tickets, supplemented with RMM automation along with being required to assist in the troubleshooting of complex high-level network problems.

As a Cloud Systems Engineer – (MSP) you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing PowerShell or other scripting technologies supported by the RMM solution for partner needs. The ideal Cloud Systems Engineer- (MSP) will provide expert-level system installation, configuration, optimization, monitoring, and backup.

Cloud Systems Engineer – (MSP) Responsibilities:

Deploy and Support virtual environments based on Hyper-V / VMWare; virtualization of existing physical environments utilizing SAN technologies
Implementation of Microsoft systems, virtualization cloud, and workstation projects
Implementation of network-level projects: WAN, LAN, and Wifi connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
Design, Implement, Support Microsoft Active Directory environments
Assist in the evaluation of network systems to eliminate issues and identify opportunities for improvement
Implement assigned projects based on the documented project delivery plan

Cloud Systems Engineer – (MSP) Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working for Managed Service Provider REQUIRED*
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with public cloud technologies and specifically Microsoft Azure and Office 365. (setup, configuration, design and support of cloud-based workloads).
Intermediate to advanced networking skills
O365 Migration experience
Experience managing small projects including project planning
