The Computer Support Specialist – MSP will make a full-time salary, full health care benefits, certification reimbursement, on-going training, and an enjoyable place to work. The Computer Support Specialist – MSP will be responsible for handling technology, to include workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware/software, and all SMB Microsoft tech i.e. AD/Azure AD, GPOs, Exchange, O365, etc.

Computer Support Specialist – MSP Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Support Microsoft Windows server technologies (Server 2016/2019) operating systems, Exchange, DNS and Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
  • VMware, experienced in the management of ESXi virtual hosts (Hyper-V experience ok too, just VMware preferred)
  • Provide support for Office 365 (and sometimes Exchange for the few still holding out with on-prem)
  • Provide Tier 2 desktop and application support (first escalations from the help desk), including new user setups, line of business application support, and hosted application support.
  • Supporting and administering Azure AD ((Azure VMs or Azure certs a plus)
  • Previous experience in IT consultancy or MSP supporting multiple external clients required
