Computer Support Specialist – MSP Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Support Microsoft Windows server technologies (Server 2016/2019) operating systems, Exchange, DNS and Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
- VMware, experienced in the management of ESXi virtual hosts (Hyper-V experience ok too, just VMware preferred)
- Provide support for Office 365 (and sometimes Exchange for the few still holding out with on-prem)
- Provide Tier 2 desktop and application support (first escalations from the help desk), including new user setups, line of business application support, and hosted application support.
- Supporting and administering Azure AD ((Azure VMs or Azure certs a plus)
- Previous experience in IT consultancy or MSP supporting multiple external clients required
