Cyber Security Technical Account Manager – TAM / vCISO

We are seeking a Cyber Security Technical Account Manager – TAM / vCISO who will be the primary technical and sales liaison between us and our clients. The Cyber Security Technical Account Manager – TAM / vCISO is responsible to maintain the client’s overall level of satisfaction with all our services. The Cyber Security Technical Account Manager – TAM / vCISO will handle a set client list for their day-to-day service requests as well as the pricing and equipment selection for both major and minor projects.
Cyber Security Technical Account Manager – TAM / vCISO Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required:
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent active certification
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field, or equivalent cybersecurity experience and certifications
• Networking security (LAN/WAN architecture, firewalls, web proxy, ids/ips, WAF, etc.) experience
• Endpoint security (DLP, EDR, etc.) knowledge
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory
• Expert knowledge of Authentication Protocols
• Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, TCP/IP, UDP
• Experience in a client facing account management position previously.
• Experience with creating technical documentation.
• Strong decision-making capabilities
Cyber Security Technical Account Manager – TAM / vCISO Preferred:
• Experience in managing client-vendor third-party due diligence cybersecurity audits.
• Enhance overall security strategy and align with the business objectives of the organization. Keep up with emerging threats and new technologies to enhance organizational cyber defense systems. Work with business and technology partners to facilitate risk management and risk management processes to mitigate potential threats to the organization’s infrastructure, applications, and data.
• Develop and conduct security awareness training for clients to promote a security-first culture throughout the organization. Ensure that clients are aware of their security responsibilities and trained to mitigate risks.
• Improve and implement a security governance framework including controls, standards, policies, and guidelines. Ensure the consistent application of governance across all technology projects, products, systems, and services.
• Manage the timely creation and dissemination of security-related communications including security awareness and training announcements, security compliance policies and processes, security alerts, and event messaging.
• Measure the effectiveness of security controls. Define and use metrics to track performance.
• Manage a comprehensive Governance Risk Compliance program in support of corporate audits and periodic client assessments.
• Ensure that our company meets all internal and external audit requirements.
• Experience with understanding, applying and revising corporate cybersecurity polices (e.g. Authentication and Access Control Policy, Clean Desk Policy, Asset Management Policy).
• Additional responsibilities include; technical planning, development and integration, verification and validation of cybersecurity systems
