Cybersecurity Admin- MSP

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Admin- MSP that will own and oversee all cybersecurity related products, services and tools, ensuring that each is being used to its full potential and clients are receiving the benefit of those services.
The Cybersecurity Admin- MSP will take ownership of an internal security services board for ticketing related to cybersecurity services and events. The Cybersecurity Admin- MSP will review the client Active Directory configurations, password and other GPOs/policies, making recommendations where change is needed.
Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus: Liongard, SentinelOne XDR, Huntress Labs, Qualys, Duo, Azure Sentinel, KnowBe4, ConnectWise Manage, IT Glue, SIEM solutions.
Cybersecurity Admin- MSP Responsibilities:
- MSP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- Analyze security-related data in both structured and unstructured formats from various sources.
- Oversee all cybersecurity services making sure each is deployed correctly and making necessary changes when needed
- Control internal security tickets related to cybersecurity services and events.
- Monitor Networks and infrastructure for security issues
- Create documentation, building and maintaining standard operating procedures and policies around the deployment and best practices related to cybersecurity services.
