Dedicated Support Technician (Level 2) – MSP
- Experience supporting End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration, virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
- Technical experience with network level: LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless
- Experience with Networking, Windows OS’s to include XP,2007-2019
- Knowledge and experience with building and managing firewalls
- Experience working with the following tools(ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, Azure AD, SolarWinds, etc…).
- Onsite or remote support relating to technical issues involving all of Microsoft’s core business applications (AD, DNS, Exchange, Hyper-V, etc.), VMware Virtualization, and Client Operating Systems
Dedicated Support Technician (Level 2) – MSP Salary / Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
