The Senior Dual Threat Network and System Engineer will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure solutions for their clients. This pivotal role requires not only technical expertise but also a keen ability to collaborate within a team while excelling independently. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adept at efficiently completing tasks.
Duel Threat System & Network Engineer (MSP) Requirements:
- Experience in Tier III, administration, configuration, management and design of Windows Server-based corporate networks
- Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure experience
- Migration experience with M365 and performing P2V migrations with VMware and Hyper-V
- Familiarity with virtualization requirements, including VMWare
- Experience in SonicWall deployment, management and troubleshooting of their TZ and NSA lines of firewalls
- Experience in wireless network deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Enterprise wireless products, Cisco/HP Aruba
- Experience in deployment, management and troubleshooting HP or Cisco switches
- IPv4 knowledge, TCP/IP fundamentals – TCP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, SIP, RTP, etc.
- Networking security fundamentals – Proxies, ACL, IPsec, VPN, SSL/TLS, etc.
- Azure Networking aspects such as Site to Site Tunnels, Firewall appliances, etc
- Scope, design, and implement full network infrastructures using OSI layers 1-3 and beyond
