Entry Level Helpdesk Technician (MSP)
We have a position open for a Entry Level Helpdesk Technician (MSP) to function as a Tier I support specialist working for a Managed Service Provider that has nearly doubled in size over the last 4 years!
The Entry Level Helpdesk Technician (MSP) will provide end user support on the service desk and eventually assist senior engineers with project-based work. The Entry Level Helpdesk Technician (MSP) is an ideal role for an IT Professional that has exposure in the MSP space and is looking to quickly progress their IT career.
Entry Level Helpdesk Technician (MSP) Job Requirements:
- 6 months- 1+ years Managed Service Provider Experience preferred
- 6 months- 1+ years experience with ConnectWise & O365 preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge in aspects of Microsoft administration for the Microsoft Windows operating system including installation, management, application deployment, and security as well as Exchange
