Field Engineer T2 (Managed Services) Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients, including hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Install and configure networking equipment, servers, and workstations
  • Perform software updates and patches
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for optimal performance
  • Respond to client service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Document all work performed in our ticketing system
  • Assist with project planning and implementation
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent downtime

Field Engineer T2 (Managed Services) Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of MSP industry experience
  • 3+ years experience in the information technology field
  • Advanced network troubleshooting (Firewalls/Switches/Routers)
  • Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, and GPO/AD)
  • M365 Administration
  • Basic knowledge of low voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, and structured cabling.
