Field Service Technician – MSP Experience:
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER
- Maintained ticket updates for reported incidents and experience with the help desk ticketing system (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Microsoft server solutions such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V, clusters, etc
- Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware
- Understanding of TCP/IP/ VPN
- Microsoft, Cisco, SonicWALL or other industry known,
- Create and maintain technical relationships with our clients
- Experience with Firewall & Router Appliances (Sophos preferred but not required)
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware,
- Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware
