We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Specialist – (MSP) to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. The Help Desk Specialist – (MSP) will provide a high level of service to end users requesting support or reporting trouble tickets. The Help Desk Specialist – (MSP) will be responsible for all technology related issues that employees might have including internal business applications, e-mail, printers, phone systems as well as network and systems troubleshooting. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, administrative abilities and enjoy helping customers solve technology related issues then this is a great opportunity for you.

Help Desk Specialist – (MSP) Responsibilities:

• Basic remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix, Office 365, AzureAD
• Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
• Use software and hardware pertinent to the detection and resolution of desktop computers and network problems.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and installing and troubleshooting
• Provide IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s operating systems

Help Desk Specialist – (MSP) Requirements:

• 1 yr experience working for a MSP.
• Good computer skills with IT and Customer Service experience.
• Experience with RMM (ConnectWise, Datto, AutoTask, etc.)
• Experience with the following Cloud technologies – Office365, AzureAD, AWS, Azure, Windows Virtual Desktops, Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint Online
• Experience with the following legacy technologies – Windows, Windows Server, Veeam, SonicWALL, Fortigate, Office applications
