Help Desk Technician – ConnectWise/MSP

We are currently seeking a Help Desk Technician – ConnectWise/MSP, to join the Service Desk team.

You will be joining an organized, down to earth company culture with a heavy focus on career growth and collaboration. The Help Desk Technician – ConnectWise/MSP will be responsible for Tier 1 and 2 reactive support and will have the opportunity to work along side the projects team to gain exposure to more Tier 2+ work and grow into a System Administrator or Project Engineer. The Help Desk Technician – ConnectWise/MSP will be joining a 40 person MSP with over 30 years of experience providing high-quality IT Services to small and medium businesses throughout the tri-state area.

Help Desk Technician – ConnectWise/MSP Responsibilities:

Experience with desktop operating systems
Email Administration with mid-level of user management including configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user login, profile, and permission issues
Virtualization Administration and architecture knowledge such as rebooting virtual machines, allocating necessary resources, and maintaining the hypervisor
Experience with O365 and ConnectWise
Domain functionality experience with Active Directory functionalities, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
High-level experience and knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience of Backup Solutions
Experience in troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services and VPN
Experienced in core network components
1+ years of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED
Maintaining standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve
