Junior Level Help Desk Technician – Window/ConnectWise (MSP) does have internal growth and allows path for promotions. The Junior Level Help Desk Technician – Window/ConnectWise (MSP) will be providing on-site or remote support to our small to medium size business. The Junior Level Help Desk Technician – Window/ConnectWise (MSP) will be supporting tickets, working closely with O365 and troubleshooting.

Junior Level Help Desk Technician – Window/ConnectWise (MSP) Requirements:

  • Being the first point of defense and trying to resolve the issues before escalating the issue
  •  Provide remote support to end-users at multiple customer sites, including: Install, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience supporting password resets in Active Directory, Office 365, etc.
  • Perform administrative tasks in Office 365 (i.e. creating users, distro lists, forwarding rules, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
  • Some experience or knowledge on how to configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless access points
  • Configure and troubleshoot point-to-site VPN connections
  • Act as liaison between customer and 3rd party vendors (i.e. internet service providers, line-of-business software vendors, etc.)

Junior Level Help Desk Technician – Window/ConnectWise (MSP) Salary & Benefits:
