Help Desk Technician L2 / Junior System Administrator (MSP):

We are a dynamic and growing Managed/Cloud Services Provider supporting small to medium sized businesses. Our team has grown to over 30 employees who serve businesses throughout the DFW Metroplex. Our services include IT support, infrastructure management, strategic IT consulting services, phone system solutions, managed cloud services, cybersecurity, and more. This is a full-time, permanent position paying up to $65k including full benefits, partial WFH, certification reimbursement, and more.

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician L2 / Junior System Administrator (MSP) to provide best-in-class support to our client base. The Help Desk Technician L2 / Junior System Administrator (MSP) will work closely with the L1’s to resolve their escalations. Your role will heavily involve leveraging the capabilities of MS Office 365 and Azure, as well as hands-on experience with desktops, networking (including Cisco and SonicWall), and managing Windows Servers.

Help Desk Technician L2 / Junior System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 and 2022 Server roles
  • Onsite installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 10, and MS Office application suite)
  • Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, GPO, switches and firewalls
  • Technical aptitude and hands-on experience with the following technologies: Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory,
  • Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VMWare, Office 365, Microsoft Office Application and Microsoft Office
  • Networking Administration, Cisco, SonicWall, Network Security
