Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first line of support for desktop, software, and connectivity issues
  • Provide helpdesk support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Handle user onboarding and offboarding (accounts, permissions, password resets)
  • Support Microsoft 365 platforms: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
  • Use ticketing and RMM tools to resolve issues and track progress
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear notes and documentation
  • Assist with internal IT projects like deployments, upgrades, and cloud migrations
  • Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge base

Required Experience:

  • Prior experience supporting users in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Windows OS, and networking basics
  • Understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) and modern Microsoft environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • A desire to learn, grow, and work collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
