Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Hybrid WFH)

Our current opening is for a Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Hybrid WFH). This person must live within 30 minutes of Hazlet, NJ and have at least 1 year of previous MSP experience to be considered for the role.
The Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Hybrid WFH) will provide escalated help desk support for our managed services clientele. Support includes; remote software support, hardware, peripherals and other devices related to clients network infrastructure.
Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Hybrid WFH) Job Requirements:
- 1 year of previous MSP experience
- Experience with Windows Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Windows Server
- Experience with Windows and Mac OSX support
- Experience with Firewall administration and support
- Experience with switching administration and support
- Experience with Hyper-V and VMware
- Experience with ConnectWise, Kaseya or similar MSP tools
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
