Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Managed Service Provider):

This role requires at least 1 year of MSP experience.

Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Managed Service Provider) Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support for small to mid-sized business clients
  • Troubleshoot desktop, network, and application issues
  • Support user accounts and systems across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Install and configure operating systems and software
  • Perform malware removal and maintain antivirus tools
  • Work closely with senior engineers on escalated tickets
  • Document issues, actions taken, and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system
  • Deliver excellent customer service to technical and non-technical users

Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Managed Service Provider) Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments: Windows 11, Server 2016/2019/2022
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise, Kaseya, or similar tools
  • Basic networking skills: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and eager to continue learning and growing

Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Managed Service Provider) Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 – $75,000 based on experience
