Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Managed Service Provider):

This role requires at least 1 year of MSP experience.
Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Managed Service Provider) Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support for small to mid-sized business clients
- Troubleshoot desktop, network, and application issues
- Support user accounts and systems across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Install and configure operating systems and software
- Perform malware removal and maintain antivirus tools
- Work closely with senior engineers on escalated tickets
- Document issues, actions taken, and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system
- Deliver excellent customer service to technical and non-technical users
Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Managed Service Provider) Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments: Windows 11, Server 2016/2019/2022
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with ConnectWise, Kaseya, or similar tools
- Basic networking skills: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and eager to continue learning and growing
Help Desk Technician Level 2 (Managed Service Provider) Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $65,000 – $75,000 based on experience
