Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Qualifications & Experience:
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), including advanced Excel formula usage and the use of pivot tables.
- Provide Advanced Active Directory support (Recommend additions/changes to GPOs, Optimize AD structure, maintain best practices for AD, ensure enforcement of GPOs, etc.)
- Hardware and software installation, including new PC setup from scratch or drive cloning
- Troubleshoot hardware: Desktop, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, etc.
- Knowledge of remote troubleshooting technologies (RDP, VNC, Telnet, etc.)
- Windows Server administration – Versions 2012 – 2022
- VMware or Hyper-V administration
- Azure Entra ID, Intune a plus
- ConnectWise experience a major plus
- Previous MSP experience required
