Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Overview:

We offer a variety of managed services including; backup solutions, 24/7 support and monitoring, a variety of e-mail solutions, as well as network infrastructure design, server and PC servicing. Our mission is to provide comprehensive solutions by combining the latest technology advancements with a multi-layered infrastructure design.

We are expanding and in need of a Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP). This is a collaborative role requiring the Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) to answer escalated ticket and assist with project work. Key technologies that you will work with as a Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) are Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AD/GPO, ConnectWise, Network Administration (routers/switches/firewalls), Cisco Meraki, Hyper-V, VMware, and Azure.

Previous MSP experience and strong customer service skills are for the Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) role.

Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Qualifications & Experience:

  • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), including advanced Excel formula usage and the use of pivot tables.
  • Provide Advanced Active Directory support (Recommend additions/changes to GPOs, Optimize AD structure, maintain best practices for AD, ensure enforcement of GPOs, etc.)
  • Hardware and software installation, including new PC setup from scratch or drive cloning
  • Troubleshoot hardware: Desktop, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, etc.
  • Knowledge of remote troubleshooting technologies (RDP, VNC, Telnet, etc.)
  • Windows Server administration – Versions 2012 – 2022
  • VMware or Hyper-V administration
  • Azure Entra ID, Intune a plus
  • ConnectWise experience a major plus
  • Previous MSP experience required
