If you have previous MSP experience and are looking to grow your MSP career then this is the place for you! We are seeking a Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) to join our Service Desk team. As a Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP), you will play an integral role on our team handling escalations and assisting Senior Engineers with projects. The Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) should have professional experience working with Windows desktops, Windows Server, AD/GPO, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, SonicWALL, and Azure Entra ID.

Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Required:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows desktops and Windows Servers
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, account and group creation and editing, Basic GPO settings
  • Hardware experience, RAM, PCI, SCSI replacements/installs, Hard drive swaps, rack mounting
  • Understanding/Experience with VPN clients and site to site setups
  • Experience with MS Exchange/Office365
  • Basic experience with Terminal Server and Terminal/Roaming user profiles
  • Desktop App support experience with Office (especially Outlook), AV clients, Browsers, Adobe
  • Solid understanding of Printer/file sharing and access permissions
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, etc
