Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise)

Our current opening is for a Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise). We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of previous MSP experience, ideally coming from the same shop. Your role as the Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) will consist of handling escalated tickets and assisting System Administrator on backend work.

Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) Responsibilities:

  • Providing escalated support.
  • Conducting on-site client visits within the area.
  • Engaging in project-based work with a strong focus on M365, MS Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Hands-on work with desktops, networking, and a few physical servers.
  • Server and workstation support including installing and updating software and troubleshooting errors
  • Network troubleshooting (Meraki and SonicWall)
  • Printer, phone, and scanner support
  • Documenting resolutions and creating end-user instructions
