Helpdesk Support Specialist (MSP)

We are seeking a hungry to grow and learn Helpdesk Support Specialist (MSP) to join our growing team. The Helpdesk Support Specialist (MSP) will work on Level 1 and some issues on the Service Desk. The candidate will be part of a team coordinating technology refreshes and deployments to end-users. The Helpdesk Support Specialist (MSP) position requires someone with 1-2 years of IT support / MSP experience who enjoys working with customers and learning from senior-level engineers. The Helpdesk Support Specialist (MSP) will be responsible for desktop support and receiving, distributing, and installing hardware. This opportunity allows the selected candidate to grow internally with the company.

Helpdesk Support Specialist (MSP) Experience:

  • Experience supporting Windows servers, VMWare, Azure AD, Group Policy, LAN/WAN, active directory, O365
  • 1+ year experience working for a Managed Service Provider
  • Exceptional client satisfaction experience
  • Support clients with technical support and problem resolution
  • Be part of weekly service or project meetings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with servers (physical and virtual)
  • Basic TCP/IP understanding of network switches, firewalls, WiFi, etc.
  • Dispatching is a plus to have
  • Understand basic networking concepts
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and RMM (ConnectWise, AutoTask Datto, Kaseya, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP issues
