Helpdesk Technician L1 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- 1-3 years of experience in providing IT support to end-users
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 and its product suite
- Familiarity with Active Directory administration, Group Policy implementation, and AD topologies
- Understanding of VoIP technologies, administration, and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues and provide support for networking services
Helpdesk Technician L1 (MSP) Salary and Benefits:
