Helpdesk Technician L1 (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • 1-3 years of experience in providing IT support to end-users
  • Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 and its product suite
  • Familiarity with Active Directory administration, Group Policy implementation, and AD topologies
  • Understanding of VoIP technologies, administration, and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues and provide support for networking services

Helpdesk Technician L1 (MSP) Salary and Benefits:
