Helpdesk Technician (MSP/ConnectWise):

We continue to bring on new clients and are actively searching for a Helpdesk Technician (MSP/ConnectWise) with a background working for Managed Services Providers. You will be a part of the Help Desk Team here that is responsible for the day-to-day end user support for all of our clients. This includes (but is not limited to) support of client hardware, line of business applications, network health, and business continuity. Our main goal is to provide best-in-class customer service to our clients.

Helpdesk Technician (MSP/ConnectWise) Responsibilities:

  • Provide support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.
  • Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2016, Server 2019, Server 2022, and Mac OS.
  • Active Directory and Group Policy management
  • Knowledge of basic networking principles, what they mean, and how they interact (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
  • Experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining peripherals (scanners, fax machines, printers, etc.)
  • Supporting Azure Entra ID and Hybrid Azure environments
