Hybrid Client Account Manager (TAM/vCIO) – MSP Duties:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar client-facing role
  • Solid technical background with a keen understanding of Cloud/Managed Services and IT solutions
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting client relationships
  • Ability to handle crisis situations with composure and effectively provide escalation support
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to present technical information in a clear and convincing manner
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of coordinating and managing complex projects
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key client contacts, including senior partners, managers, and executives, acting as their trusted advisor
  • Conduct thorough research on various technologies and solutions, leveraging internal and external resources to gain in-depth knowledge
