Hybrid Escalation Engineer (MSP)

In this role, the Hybrid Escalation Engineer (MSP) be responsible for tackling complex issues that our team of technicians cannot solve on their own. You’ll be the go-to expert for our clients’ most difficult challenges, making sure that their IT systems stay up to date and secure. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a similar fast-paced environment and have strong analytical skills.
You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work diligently under pressure, and have a genuine interest in staying up to date with the latest technologies, threats and advances in computing. - Responding to technical escalations: You would be responsible for addressing and resolving complex technical issues reported by clients, and ensuring that SLAs are met
- Troubleshooting: You would use your expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in complex IT environments, such as hybrid cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure
- Providing technical guidance: You would work closely with clients and front-line support teams to ensure that all technical issues are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible. This may involve providing guidance and training to support teams or clients
- Root cause analysis: You would be tasked with investigating the root cause of technical problems and implementing solutions to prevent similar issues from reoccurring in the future
- Investigating new technology: As an escalation engineer, you’ll be responsible for continually researching new technology, solutions and products that would benefit the MSP and its clients
Hybrid Escalation Engineer (MSP) Requirements:
- Professional MSP (Managed Service Provider) Experience
- Experience in a similar fast-paced environment and have strong analytical skills
- Experience with RMM tools
Hybrid Escalation Engineer (MSP) Benefits:
