Hybrid IT System Administrator (L1/L2) MSP

We are seeking a Hybrid IT System Administrator (L1/L2) MSP to join our rapidly growing company. We have been in business for more than 15 years supporting our Chicago clients. The Hybrid IT System Administrator (L1/L2) MSP will be working closely with ConnectWise, Azure AD, M365, and G-Suite. You will also work closely with Cisco, Mac, and Windows servers. You will also be able to shadow and support our migration team on projects.

Hybrid IT System Administrator (L1/L2) MSPMSP Duties:

  • Troubleshooting and administering Microsoft infrastructure (M365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, etc.)
  • Maintain ticket updates for reported incidents and experience with the help desk ticketing system (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers
  • Experience with network troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, or ASA)
  • Experience with Windows Server (2008 – 2019)
  • Patience and understanding in helping to resolve client issues
  • Strong technical skills and willingness to learn

Hybrid  IT System Administrator (L1/L2) MSPMSP Salary / Benefits:
