Hybrid Junior Systems Administrator Experience
- Configuration of standard Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tool
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customization of Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10 Server 2012, 2016, 2019)
- Solid understanding of and ability to install, configure and test workstation hardware and software
- Experience with Active Directory (Adding/removing users, to and from distribution groups, etc.)
- Solid understanding of and ability to configure TCP/IP and troubleshoot Internet connectivity
- Experience with and understanding of routers and firewalls (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)
- Understanding and knowledge of virtualization/cloud computing technologies, specifically Azure and VMWare
- Understand and support business-critical applications
- Apple Support (desired but not required)
- 2+ years of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED
Hybrid Junior Systems Administrator Salary & Benefits:
