Hybrid System Engineer – IT Manager

Due to internal promotions, we have an opening for an Hybrid System Engineer – IT Manager.

As a Hybrid System Engineer – IT Manager you will work a hybrid schedule and assist the solutions architects in the system planning and design, and will support clients in implementing projects and deploying new technologies daily while leading a team of 4 Engineers. The Hybrid System Engineer – IT Manager will be responsible for modernizing infrastructures, accessing and building out networks, and escalated support.

Hybrid System Engineer – IT Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot modern networks, multi-site AD, Microsoft Exchange, multi-site WAN environments, on-premise networks, virtualization environments, storage area networks, etc.
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies AWS, Azure, O365
  • Strong technical experience with Hyper-V, VMware, Cisco products, Windows Servers
  • Experience serving as a tier 3+ escalation point on the service desk
  • Communicate with clients/ provide recommendations/ improvements
  • Must have 4+ years of leadership experience within a full-service IT consultancy or MSP environment to be considered
