Hybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Team

We are a local Cloud & IT Services Consultancy with a focus on supporting and building Microsoft tech be it in the cloud and/or on-prem. We have been in business since 2002 and in need of a sharp new IT nerd to join our team. And yes, I said nerd ha, we here are all IT nerds and take great pride in it!

We are seeking motivated, career and customer-oriented Hybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Team, interested in joining our team. The ideal Hybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Team will have a solid background in fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures related to technical assignments related to supporting Microsoft-based systems. You will perform work that requires practical experience and training.

The Hybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Team will work (at least initially) under the supervision of more experienced senior engineers and architects. As your experience and knowledge of our clients grow, you will be assigned a broader and more complex range of activities and responsibilities. You will have the ability to grow and apply your technical knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.

Hybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Team Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of client and user support systems related to a broad range of business areas.
  • Support clients’ core systems for level 2+
  • Experience with core technologies such as Azure, O365, GPO, Exchange, VMware, Hyperv, etc.
  • Firewall Setup, Administration, & Support – Sonicwall, Meraki, Fortinet/Fortigate
  • Collaborate with teams to develop technical and specialized solutions to complex IT problems involving Microsoft-based software products
  • Cloud-based solutions including Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, and Microsoft’s Office 365 suite

Hybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Team Compensation:

  • You will be compensated with a base salary of $70,000-$90,000
  • Bonuses based on performance
  • 401k, and health care provided

What we would like to see/what would make you stand out for the Hybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Team role…if you’ve had any previous experience in such an environment as IT consultancy. This could be working for a Managed Services Provider, Cloud Service Provider, Hosting Company, etc.
