Infrastructure Engineer – MSP Responsibilities:
- Projects, deployments, and onboarding of new clients
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining network environments
- Expertise in Next Generation firewalls
- Experience deploying and maintaining Cisco switches and routers
- Experience working with Hyper-V / VMware virtualization
- Design, plan, implement and support Microsoft infrastructure for on-premise and cloud solutions such as O365 or Azure using the latest technology and virtualization.
- Experience with wired/wireless Network devices and connectivity
- Windows, Mac OS, and endpoint support
- O365 Administration experience
- Build, support, and maintain the customers-managed network, security systems, servers and storage infrastructure (both virtual and physical), and cloud platforms.
- Prepare complex network designs for existing and new site establishments, relocation, network upgrades, network expansions, cloud environments, and disaster recovery setups.
