We’re hiring an Infrastructure Support Engineer with strong Microsoft 365 experience and a background in Managed Services. This is a client-facing Tier 2+ support role where you’ll handle advanced technical escalations, contribute to infrastructure stability, and become a trusted advisor to end users across mid-market businesses and nonprofits.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-accountability, high-autonomy environment—solving complex issues, mentoring junior techs, and delivering white-glove service that builds long-term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Advanced Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting: Resolve escalated issues across Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and OneDrive
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify and remediate recurring problems at the infrastructure level to reduce ticket volume and increase uptime
  • Client-Facing Support: Deliver proactive phone and remote support with a focus on clear communication and relationship-building
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge base
  • Mentorship: Coach Tier 1 team members and foster a culture of collaboration
  • Light Infrastructure Support: Occasionally assist with networking (DNS, VPN, DHCP) or Windows Server–related issues in M365-connected environments

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of IT support experience (minimum 2 years in a Tier 2+ capacity at an MSP)
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Strong understanding of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, DHCP)
  • Excellent communication skills—you can lead client conversations and deliver calm, confident support
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
  • M365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101, MD-102) preferred or in progress
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional DMV-area client site visits

Perks & Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000-$90,000
  • Company-contributed health insurance
  • Dental & vision (100% covered after 1 year or available sooner at cost)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • PTO + paid holidays
  • Annual performance bonus
  • $50/month wellness stipend
  • Microsoft certification reimbursement
  • Home-buying assistance program
  • Custom onboarding plans + defined career growth paths
  • Fun, remote-friendly team events and a collaborative culture

This is more than just a support role—it’s a launchpad for long-term growth into Tier 3, project engineering, or leadership. If you love solving problems, building relationships, and working within a high-performing MSP team, we want to hear from you.
