Intermediate IT Systems Engineer – MSP Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments and migrations
- Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure
- Handle system administration tasks for Windows Servers
- Ensure security and compliance to protect our infrastructure
- Oversee backup and disaster recovery processes
- Manage network infrastructure including firewall configuration and support
Intermediate IT Systems Engineer – MSP Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Microsoft cloud administration
- At least 3 years working within a Managed Service Provider environment
- Strong expertise in Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, and Azure Virtual Machines
- Hands-on experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Proven track record in migrating clients to cloud environments
- Familiarity with VMware and ConnectWise
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, or AZ-400 are highly desirable
