We are hiring for a Cloud Recruiter

- The Recruiter will not be recruiting “passive” candidates. All candidates are actively applying for jobs and all resumes/applicants are found in one central repository.
- The Recruiter will not be using the “ job boards” to source candidates. Bowman Williams believes in empowering their staff by investing heavily into brand and job advertising campaigns so that Recruiters can hone skills for connecting the dots between people and jobs.
- This way…Bowman Williams Recruiters are able to focus on their core job function that gets them paid, which is great when working on commission.
Compensation: W-2 / full-time / base salary + commission. Typical first year earnings are $80,000 to $100,000. Expected second year earnings are $110K to $150K.

Location: Arlington, VA (this is NOT a telecommute position).
- IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a PLUS, but not required. Typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, EMC, SAN, AWS, Cisco.
- We hire based on aptitude, character and professionalism. So if you have sales experience and want to work for a small but very fast growing company, even though you have no staffing experience, we’re still interested in hearing from you.
- Interviewing 15 candidates, via Skype a week.
- Work with your team to line up your candidates with the jobs that match their skills best.
